And now a few words from me:
Hello, I’m Peanut. I think that name may have been inspired by my size, but other dogs don’t scare me at all, even if they are bigger than me. I enjoy following my dog housemates on frequent excursions to the backyard, and I now understand that that is where to do my business. I am always ready and happy to go for a walk. I love being near my people and will happily cuddle up for as long as they like. If you want a nice little friend, I may be the girl for you!
And now a few words from my foster family:
Peanut is sweet little girl who weighs just over 5 pounds. When she first arrived, she was not used to spending much time outside and consequently her house-training was lacking. In her foster home, she happily follows the other house dogs outside and has come to realize that outside is the place to go! Peanut is always enthusiastic about walk time and is very easy to handle on a leash.
Peanut has some pattern baldness on her tummy and is enjoying a high quality food with supplements to help keep her coat healthy. She would do best in a home where some of her people are available most of the day. Another dog could be a bonus, but having her humans around is the most important consideration.
