And now a few words from me:

Hi, my name is Penny and I have a best friend named Emmy. We’re beautiful 7-year-old girls; I have lovely short red hair, and Emmy has long black hair. We do everything together, including eating from the same bowl. I have lots of energy and love going for walks. Emmy doesn’t enjoy walking as much as I do, but she’s a good sport and comes along anyway. I’m definitely the leader and am not afraid to do anything or meet anyone. Emmy is always a little timid at first, but once she sees me doing something, then she will do it too. We will follow you around the house all day long and never get into any trouble, or, if you let us sit in your lap, we will cuddle up and fall asleep. The only time I ever bark is to let you know that I’m ready to come in from outside. Emmy and I can’t wait to find our forever home so we can give our new family lots of cuddles and kisses!

And now a few words from my foster family:

Penny and Emmy are both very sweet. They are a bonded pair, and are truly inseparable, preferring to do absolutely everything together. Penny is the more dominant of the two, so if you want them to do something, the best strategy is get Penny to do it first and then Emmy will follow. They are crate-trained, and they don’t mind spending time in their crate while foster mom and dad are out of the house. They are both a little unsure of cats. If they are sitting with you and a cat is present, they will be well behaved. However, if left unsupervised in the presence of a cat, they will bark and chase the cat away. They are a very cute and loving pair of dogs, and they are an absolute joy to be with. They will be a great addition to any family.
