And now a few words from me:
I am a human-loving boy that will fill your days and nights with hugs and kisses. I like having the company of another dog, because this helps me with some of the anxiety I experience when I’m left alone. I am not destructive, but can be vocal when you first leave me. I think it’s because I want you to know that I will miss you a lot. But I do settle down in a bed or a crate and will wait patiently for you to come back. I will also let you know when there are other humans around, and that’s why apartment living would not be the best choice for me. I love a good walk and play time, but my favourite time is cuddle time. I love car rides too!!!! I just love everyone! I have been living with another dog all my life, but we are not bonded and I would do well with a confident, fun-loving brother or sister from another mister (unless I’m home with a human that is home all the time, and would bring me a lot to dog parks or have other family with fur kids….).
And now a few words from my foster family:
Chester is a sweet, loving boy who absolutely adores humans and other dogs. He bonds quickly and furiously and does not like being left for hours and hours without human contact or the companionship of another dog. He is housetrained on a routine, crate trained, leash trained, not high energy, but loves a good walk and play time. Chester has been around a lot of humans of all ages and sizes with no issues. He will need an owner that will provide him with activity, socialization with dogs and humans, and either doggy day care or a visitor that comes during the day to play and walk him. This boy just loves to be with his humans and other dogs.
