And now a few words from me:
Hi there, I’m Bruno. I feel and know in my head that I am a prince… I am handsome and awesome too! I am housetrained for the most part; I like to go for long walks; love the car; and I love my special humans. I enjoy having another dog around who is assertive, so a good, strong fur sibling would be great. I am not comfortable with young children, so a more mature home would be best for me. Cats, well, I love, love, love to chase them and run them up the closest tree. But if you are a dog-savvy cat it might be fine. I need a confident dog owner, who will help me gain confidence and have my back. Sometimes I think that I need to protect my human and tell some other fur kids and humans to back away. I am working on this and doing really well, so I am told. It will be important to continue this training in my forever home.
And now a few words from my foster family:
Bruno is a happy-go-lucky dog, who will offer his belly for a rub to most of us humans. He is not a fan of small young humans, so a home with older children who are respectful and confident would be great. Bruno has some anxiety, although not the destructive kind, meaning that he needs an owner that will continue to build his confidence and have his back. Sometimes Bruno feels the need to protect is human, but he corrects well. He is a submissive boy and would do well in a home with a confident fur sibling. Being left alone for extended periods is not ideal for him. If you are a home that can embrace this funny, quirky, young boy, let’s chat. There will be a mandatory “meet and greet” for prospective adopters at Bruno’s foster home.
